 FITPartum is a program I developed with KFITBody trainers to help women return to exercise safely and meet your goals. Whether you have never exercised before or you are an elite athlete, we customize your physical therapy, personal training and nutrition program based on your needs. All sessions are at KFIT in Hingham and include 1:1 Physical Therapy with a PT who specializes in the female athlete and is certified in Pregnancy and PostPartum Athleticism, Personal Training , and a Nutrition Plan with a Registered Dietitian.

The FitPartum Program at KFIT includes:
> 4-physical therapy treatments with a Physical Therapist certified in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism. We can address everything from correct breathing techniques for your pelvic floor to neck pain from feeding.
> 8-private personal training sessions following the protocol set by me.
> 4-week nutritional plan and consulting with our registered dietitian to help you understand proper postpartum nutrition with a realistic approach to accommodate your new lifestyle.
