Fitpartum™ was founded by a physical therapist, personal trainer, and a strength and conditioning coach who teamed up to give the most accurate and up to date information on the changing world of women’s health and exercise.

As moms ourselves who have experienced pelvic organ prolapse, back pain, leaking with exercise, pelvic pain, deconditioning, and other issues related to pregnancy and postpartum exercise, we have the unique opportunity to bring real-world experience and knowledge to every woman.

FitPartum includes both Pregnancy and Postpartum programs to help you keep active throughout your pregnancy and after.  We know how hard it is to balance family, work, and whatever life throws at us, so we made moving as simple, safe, and effective as possible. 

All sessions are at KFIT in Hingham and include 1:1 visits with a PT who specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy and is certified in Pregnancy and PostPartum Athleticism.

Our Return to Running program includes:

4-week program that gives you specific & realistic work to rest ratios as well as time domains we recommend when first returning to running based on scientific research.

8 strength workouts that include: pelvic floor plyometric exercises, lower body strength & core strength exercises all to help prevent injury and prepare your body to return to running.

16 workout videos to guide you through all our FitPartum exercises with correct form and execution.
